Engagement process

Seven steps. Everything in writing. No surprises.

No verbal commitments. No surprises on delivery date or quality. Every step is documented before production begins. This is what a structured program engagement looks like — from the first conversation to the first replenishment.

01
Discovery
Map your operation: roles, volumes, standards, timeline, brand guidelines.
02
Scope & Design
Garment development or adaptation. Technical spec sheets in writing.
03
Sampling
Physical sample for your approval before production begins.
04
Proposal
Full written proposal — pricing, specs, timeline, replenishment terms.
05
Production
Controlled manufacturing with QA checkpoints. Updates at key stages.
06
Delivery
On-time with full documentation package.
07
Replenishment
Continuous supply. No renegotiation on reorders.
What each step means for you

The detail behind the process.

01
Discovery call
We map your operation in detail — roles, environments, volumes, standards, budget, and timeline. We also review any existing uniform challenges you want to solve. Duration: 30–60 minutes.
What you get
A clear understanding of your program requirements, a written summary of what we discussed, and a timeline for the next steps.
02
Scope & garment design
We develop the garment specification or adapt existing styles. This includes fabric selection, decoration placement, sizing range, and any technical requirements.
What you get
A written scope document covering: garment styles, fabric specs, decoration specs, sizing range, and sampling timeline.
03
Physical sampling
We produce a physical sample — not a digital rendering — for your review and approval. You evaluate fit, fabric, color, decoration, and quality. We iterate until it meets your specification.
What you get
A physical sample in your hands before any production begins. No decisions from digital renderings only.
04
Written program proposal
We prepare a complete written proposal: unit pricing, full program structure, replenishment terms, timeline commitments, and payment conditions. Everything in writing before you sign anything.
What you get
A complete written proposal covering pricing, specs, timeline, replenishment structure, and terms — nothing verbal.
05
Production with QA
Production begins with an in-process QA checkpoint and ends with a final inspection before shipment. You receive status updates at key production milestones.
What you get
On-time delivery of correctly produced garments — no surprises on quantity, sizing, decoration quality, or delivery date.
06
Delivery with full documentation
Every delivery includes a full documentation package: packing list, sizing breakdown by location or department, care instructions, and delivery confirmation. Structured for your distribution process, whatever it is.
What you get
A delivery your team can process immediately — with all documentation in hand to manage distribution, issuance, and record-keeping.
07
Replenishment & program continuity
Once the program is active, replenishment runs through the established structure. Reorders don't restart the process — they follow the documented spec. New hires, replacements, size adjustments, new locations — all handled through the running program.
What you get
Continuous supply of correctly specified garments — without a new negotiation every time your organization needs more.
Typical timelines

What to expect — from first call to first delivery.

Week 1–2
Discovery call → Scope document → Fabric sourcing starts
Week 3–5
Sample production → Physical sample delivered for review
Week 5–6
Sample approval → Written proposal delivered and signed
Week 6–12
Production with QA checkpoints → Final inspection
Week 12–14
Delivery with full documentation → Program active → Replenishment structure in place
Repeat replenishment orders run in 6–8 weeks.
Once the program spec is documented and approved, reorders don't require sampling or rescoping — they go straight to production.
What we need from you

To build a good program, we need to understand your operation.

Organizational information
Staff count by role or department, locations involved, any existing uniform setup or challenges.
Brand documentation
Logo files (vector preferred), brand colors in Pantone or HEX, any identity guidelines or style standards.
Environmental context
For industrial programs: temperature, chemical exposure, hi-vis requirements, safety standards that apply.
Timeline requirements
When you need the first delivery, and any deadlines tied to events, school calendars, or operational dates.
Budget range (optional)
We don't require a budget to start. But if you have a target range, it helps us spec the right fabrics and program structure from the beginning.
The first step is a 30-minute call.
No pitch. No deck. Just a structured conversation about your operation, your challenges, and whether a CCG program is the right fit.
